There was an interesting programme I saw on BBC3 the other day night

Jamelia [the pop singer] wanted to find out where her hair extensions came from. So she had DNA tests done on the hair, and tracked it down. It came from the Indian city of Chennai (Madras). So off she went and researched the commercial hair industry there. Slightly strange, but really interesting to see girls having their long hair cut off for money…... and apparently pretty happy about it too.

So it is interesting for me to know how often do people stop and think about the source of their extensions. And gentlemen do you like hair extensions/weaves? Ladies which of you have had them? Does it bring out the diva in you also?
