Easier access to your CIA mail... Maybe a button up next to:
That would be great... There have been a few times I didn't know I had CIA mail because it is a pain to get to CIA mail to check it.
As well, maybe a clearer more visable icon showing that there are forums on CIA. I have talked to numerous clients who had no idea there were forums here. I had to tell them or show them how to find the forums.
